  • If you experience a medical emergency, do not rely on MedcareAI. Instead, call 999 (UK), 911 (US), or your local emergency helpline.

By using MedcareAI, you acknowledge that:

  • The app cannot diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

  • This action is irreversible, and you will need to create a new account to use MedcareAI again.

  • We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
  • Features and services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

9. Subscription Plans & Billing

MedcareAI offers both monthly and annual subscription plans to accommodate your needs. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:​

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.​
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.​
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@medicationcare.ai.Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of a subscription that has already commenced.

MedcareAI may provide links to third-party websites, pharmacies, or healthcare providers. We do not control or endorse these external services, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
